Do you have a Donor Advised Fund (DAF)? If so, you can direct a gift from your DAF to TYM. Contact your Donor Advised Fund Administrator to request a donation to TYM.
Stock
There are many ways to donate stock.
Gifts of appreciated securities are a win-win. As a donor you receive the tax deduction for the full value of the gift AND you may possibly avoid paying capital gains taxes on any appreciation.
Please provide the following information to your Broker or Custodian, and let TYM know the gift is on its way.

Gifts from IRA
Charitable Giving from your
IRA
IRS Sec 408(d)(8) allows a charitable gift from your traditional or Roth IRA to TYM, up to $100,000. If you make the gift directly from your IRA, you avoid having to include the amount in your gross income, and it will satisfy part or all of your Required Minimum Distribution for taxpayers 70 ½ or older. Contact your IRA custodian to complete the proper distribution form and name TYM as the recipient.
